Drafted on 15 July 2021, with the original title "COVID19 Series PART 3: COVID19 Positive Cases Aftermath and Death", I still remembered vividly, this was only 1-month after the death of my company's GM and QC supervisor. No matter how safe it was, it still claimed two lives.

Fast forward to today (26 July 2022), the world has presumed to be recovered from the pandemics. So, the new era of endemics has begun. My feeling was not as intense as in the previous posts:
Yet, my alertness did not fall as drastically as most population in the world. I mean the world has moved on. Look at USA, UK and other Europe countries, face masks are no longer compulsory, even in Malaysia. The only country struggling is China, with their ZERO COVID Policy, which is set to fail miserably.
From #Karen to #Covididiot , we are all part of this cosmic joke.
As for me, the pandemics did change my mindset a bit. I have become less sociable but I still keep contact with friends and family. Unlike some of my friends, they already started to wanderlust around the world, like Thailand and Europe. I think as for me, my aim is just to make a bit more money and get a dream house for my mom. It seemed that the pandemics taught me, we can live at bare minimum, except for medical bills.
Mentally, I am actually fine. Unlike others, I am quite a couch potato and love to stay indoors. The only thing changed for me was I started back to watch drama series. I managed to catch up with Grey’s Anatomy to Season 18. But, boy, I tell you..it just gone from excellent to ……
So, pandemics hit the most to those who are wanderlusters and extroverts (social butterflies). Hey, we are all different, and I think that’s what making the world to be so unique. I am not judgy at those who travel or don’t wear masks, because all actions are supposed to be at your own risks.
Lastly,
I truly hope that this endemics last, despite numerous cases have been rising
recently around the world, but the death cases are still lesser compared to the
peak of pandemics.
