The Launch of IpohBoyTV Youtube & How 2023 Was To Me & Western Union Stopped for Blog Adsense

 Oh gosh, 2023 is in its 5th month! Almost 6 months or half of 2023 gone by like a flash, I do not even remember what my new year resolutions were about. As a 34 year old small potato engineer, I still felt kinda lost in life. 

What I gathered from my friends/ acquaintances life were:

• Some got married, even some got divorce and remarried
• Got 1 child, and one the way to 2
• Start to buy big house and car
• Got big promotion to be managers and VPs

This still very stressful to watch, and don't get me wrong, I still feel happy for them. But, it was myself, feeling very under-achieved. I have a PhD in engineering, and it did not land me to any near a luxurious life (which actually I am not very fond of). You can refer here and here for my dramatic postgraduate advice. 

So, you know why there's nothing much to blog about, or I have lost the drive to blog at all, which you can see my last post was on foodie review around August 2022! Actually, my current job, I totally am having a worklife balance. But, it lacks of passion, and I can feel that it is killing. But, the pay is considered to be okay in Malaysia. 

Furthermore, the stupid google adsense has stopped Western Union payout for blogging!!!! I would need to select Malaysia local bank for the transfer! 

Actually personally I have tried both ways. Western Union are still considered to be the most convenient method, with lowest cost! A direct bank transfer will kill a huge chunk of your earning on the conversion rate, local bank charge, and telegraphic cost. Say if you get 100 USD of bank transfer (RM 400), you will easily be deducted RM 40 !!!! Refer here for more info. 

Therefore, Google is giving a death sentence to blogger ! So, recently, I started my own YouTube channel, cause if you refer to the above image, YouTube payment can still be paid out by Western Union! This is crazy! Anyway, I am still a long way from monetisation! Do support if you find my videos interesting! Below, are some of my just-for-fun videos! Enjoy!
